LEARN IT WIN IT 2007 DATES: The Learn It Win It 2007 training program (“Program”) begins on Monday April 2, 2007 and ends on Friday November 30, 2007 (“Program Period”). All registrations & completion of modules must be received and completed within this time period. Any registrations or completion of modules that do not occur during the Program Period will be ineligible for prizes and give-aways, including the grand prize drawing. ALPINE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THIS PROGRAM WITHOUT NOTICE AND/OR TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME.

HOW TO LEARN & WIN: All registrations must occur online at www.learnitwinit.com. Simply register online to create a user account, and then take part in the learning modules. Prizes and give-aways will be awarded throughout the Program, and are directly related to the module tests. Users must complete the module tests in order to become eligible. All users who complete all 12 training modules and earn 100% on all tests will automatically be entered into the drawing for the Grand Prize Scion xB. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: This Program is open only to employees of authorized Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. dealers (“Authorized Dealers”). Participants must be an employee of an Authorized Dealer at the time a prize or give-away is awarded. Participants must be legal residents of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), licensed drivers, and 18 years of age or older as of Monday April 2, 2007.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Prizes and give-aways will be awarded throughout the Program Period based on participation in the training module tests. If no module tests are completed by the registered user then they will not be eligible for prizes or give-aways. Odds of winning are dependant on the number of participants completing module tests from each of the three training rounds.

PRIZES & GIVE-AWAYS: The Grand Prize, one (1) modified Scion xB, will be awarded by raffle. To be entered into the raffle, registered users must complete all 12 modules and obtain 100% on all 12 test sections. Completion of these requirements must be received by the closing date of this Program (Friday November 30, 2007).

All other prizes and give-aways will be made throughout the Program Period from among all Participants who have completed training module tests from the related training round. Timing and content of these prizes and give-aways are at the complete discretion of Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. No purchase is necessary to participate or win; however, all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with any prize or give-away that are not specifically included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the receiving Participant. Any installation costs are also the sole responsibility of the receiving Participant. No prize or give-away is transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalency is permitted, except in the sole discretion of Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. All winners will be notified via e-mail and prizes will be sent directly to the store where the participant is employed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the date the winner is announced.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Program will be governed by these rules. By participating in this Program, all participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its agents, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law and it is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., and parent corporations, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents, or employees of any such companies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) lost, misdirected, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, incomplete, or late entries; (ii) any act, failure to act, delay, or error relating to the transmitting or processing of entries; (iii) postal service, telecommunications network, phone system malfunctions, failure, disconnection, or other difficulties of any kind; (iv) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Program to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or give-away awarded in the Program or from participation in the Program; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Program. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this Program without notice in the event of terrorist activity, a declaration of war, or similar acts of war, or if causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or operation of the Program. By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., and all parent corporations, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of all such companies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this Program, or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or give-away and any travel related thereto, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity and privacy. Information gathered from the entry forms will not be sold or made available to anyone outside of Sponsor and it agents; however, by participating in this Program, you agree to have your name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness used in any and all media for promotional purposes relating to this Program or future similar Programs without further compensation or notice, except as prohibited by law.
